We understand that the future of healthcare depends on passionate yet well-prepared students.
That’s why at Smile Easy, we’ve created a unique program that connects pre-dental and pre-health undergraduate students with local dental offices for meaningful shadowing, volunteering, and research experiences. For students, shadowing is often the first step toward a career in dentistry or healthcare. For dental professionals, it’s an opportunity to mentor the next generation while giving back to the community
How It Works
Apply through Smile Easy – Students submit interest forms to join our program.
Get trained– We train students on proper dental office etiquette and anxiety interventions through two mandatory training workshops.
Get Matched – We pair students with partner dental offices based on schedule.
Engage in Learning– Students participate in structured shadowing, volunteering, and community events.
Grow Professionally– Students gain mentorship, networking opportunities, and experience that strengthens dental school applications.
